Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (Birth - 5)
The Bachelor of Early Childhood Education and Care (Birth - 5) is a first-class degree that couples theoretical knowledge with extensive practical experience. At the end of the degree, you'll be qualified as a four year trained early childhood teacher.
TAFE NSW offers a pathway with multiple entry and exit points for students from Certificate III, IV and Diploma, building upon the success of our Certificate III and Diploma programs, as well as a fourth year option for current three year qualified teachers. The degree is the same qualification as university and FEE HELP is available.
The degree also enables students the opportunity to work while you learn from industry-recognised lecturers.

If you are an International student whose first language is not English or you have not completed an Australian educational qualification, you must demonstrate English proficiency at IELTS level 6.5, with a minimum level of 6 in any one band.
